What Information should I include with my Airship Wallet Support Request?

To help us quickly troubleshoot Wallet issues, we need the following information:
  1. Username for the account experiencing issues
  2. Project ID/name
  3. Template ID/name
  4. Are you using the Dashboard, API, or a combination of both?
    1. If you are using the API, please include the full request and full response including headers. Please omit any authorization info.
  5. Steps to reproduce the issue
  6. Screenshots of errors, if applicable
