How do I update my Account and Billing Information?

All Airship accounts can now be updated using the same workflow regardless of account level.

Updating Account Information

  1. Log in to your account and click on the person icon on the upper right-hand corner and choose Account Info:

  2.  Update your username, email, or password:

Updating Billing Information

To update the existing credit card on your paid Airship plan, complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the Person icon > Billing Info on the upper right-hand corner of the Airship dashboard:

  2. Enter in your new billing address for the credit card you will be using:

  3. Enter your new credit card details then select Save:
