All Airship accounts can now be updated using the same workflow regardless of account level. |
Updating Account Information
- Log in to your account and click on the person icon on the upper right-hand corner and choose Profile:
- Update your username, email, or password:
Updating Billing Information
To update the existing billing information on your paid Airship plan, complete the following steps:
- Click on the Person icon > Usage and Plan on the upper right-hand corner of the Airship dashboard:
- Press the pencil icon on the Payment Method option:
- Insert/update credit card information:
