Updating Account and Billing Information

All Airship accounts can now be updated using the same workflow regardless of account level.

Updating Account Information

  1. Log in to your account and locate the Username drop down in the upper right-hand corner and choose Account Info:
  2.  Update your username, email, or password:Urban_Airship_-_Account_Info_2.png 


Updating Billing Information

To update the existing credit card on your paid Airship plan, complete the following steps:

  1. Select your Username > Billing Info in the upper right-hand side of the Airship dashboard: 

  2. Your existing billing address should now pop up. Select Log Out next to your email address:

  3. Enter in your new billing address for the credit card you will be using:

  4. Enter your new credit card details then select Save:
