The "All Devices" option in Message Composer is missing

If you are sending a message using the Message Composer, you may encounter an issue on the Audience tab where there is no option to select All Devices:



Enable Setting in Composer Configuration

To show the All Devices option in the Message Composer, navigate to Settings > Configuration and click the Broadcast Push toggle to ON.



You should now see the option to select All Devices: 




  • You can toggle the Broadcast Push setting to OFF to hide the All Devices option when sending messages, if you do not want to have this option available to anyone using the Composer.
  • This option only applies to the Message Composer and to A/B Tests.
