What does "no valid aps-environment entitlement" mean in my Xcode logs?

If your app is not receiving device tokens or is receiving the no valid aps-environment entitlement error message in the device console logs from Xcode, you may need to double check that push is enabled in the mobile provisioning profile you are using.
