Most dates and times in Airship Reports, such as "Engagement Over time report" available in a message report use Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Messages displayed in the Message Overview tab will show send times based on your local time zone.
To be able to correlate specific pushes from the Message History tab to your other reports, hover over the send time to see the UTC send time for that push.
