As an administrator of your Reach account, you may need to delete all passes under a template. Urban Airship Reach provides a deletion API endpoint which will delete the specified pass.
You have two choices when specifying a pass to delete:
In the case of a multi-use pass that is widely distributed, specify the passId.
In the case of a single-use pass issued to one device, specify an externalId.
If you do not have API access, but there is an urgent need to delete all passes, please contact Airship Technical Support for assistance.
