Hi Alejandro,

You should be able to view this information in the Invoice by navigating to the Payment History portion of your account.

This will show you the amount, Business Name, and Address.

we also need those details in our invoices, but there is no option to set them in Account Info section.

How can we do this?

As noted, invoices can be found in your account by navigating to the Payment History portion of your account.

If you don't see that section, could you let us know what you are seeing on your end?

Sure, I can see this section, but there is no business name, company address, Tax ID and a way to set them. Only Invoice ID is visible.

We need all these data in our invoices.

Unfortunately we don't provide full invoices to customers on the Basic plan. However, it sounds like you may be referring to needing a W9 if I'm not correct? We can certainly send that over if that is the relevant info you need.

We also need a invoice with adress and Tax ID and are on the plan :

We don't see any option to set this with this account. Or do i manually need to set this in payment history after first payment? This does not seem like  normal process and we need to set this name, adress and tax id since we will also be charged + tax

Hey Alejandro! To get an invoice with your business name, address, and Tax ID, you should check if the billing settings allow adding that info. In my experience working with a finance consultant, most platforms have an option to update billing details so your invoices come out correctly every month. Just make sure it’s saved for future invoices!
