URGENT: 400 errors since Nov 30th & still ongoing (almost a total outage for us)

We started seeing intermittent 400 errors on Nov 30th, later that same day all api calls started failing with 400

Here are some details about which urls we hit:

base_uri:   'https://go.urbanairship.com',

'/api/push’
'/api/schedules'

Please help ASAP!!

  • Hi Michael,

    Typically when you encounter 400 errors, that usually means the request is not formatted correctly.

    In order to be able to properly investigate, would you be able to post what full api request you made? From there we should be able to find where the disconnect is.

    We found the issue: some params were being sent in V1 format which the API started rejecting starting Nov 29. 

    Anyway, we think we have solved it for now. If any further help is needed we will reach out.
