question about developement VS production api

I have a question how to integrate your api in our server side.

currently, we want to integrate your api like push() in our asp.net program, to push notification.

as for development VS production evniorment  project are different as you mentioned in your website,

1.as  key and secret are different.   is that mean we need 2 set of api program , one is for testing, the other is for production?

2.is there anyway we can only setup one web api program, can be used both for production ,and development?

3.another question, if we use production key and secure in api, but our apps are still in development stage, has not publish to app store,  that mean our apps can not receive push notification from api using production key and secure ?

    * Yes you will have two different sets of API keys, one for the development/testing app and one for the production.

    * You cannot have one single set of API keys for both production and development. If you are building a program on top of our server library to make calls to our API, you may be able to write code to allow you to switch between a development environment and a production one from a single program. Specific code on how to implement this would be beyond our scope of support.

3.another question, if we use production key and secure in api, but our apps are still in development stage, has not publish to app store,  that mean our apps can not receive push notification from api using production key and secure ?

    * You should not test or do development work with the production keys.
