What is the right way to store user attributes

I want to store user attributes like age and gender and then be able to target users by those attributes. Should I use tags for this? Or Tag Groups? Tags only expect string value and not a key value pair.

    Hey Emil, 

     

    Tags are a great way to categorize a user based on certain attributes. Then when you go to send a push, you can just target that specific string. You don't necessarily need to worry about the key part, as we would find that device tag to target those devices.
