Not receiving push notifications for iOS devices


For one of our safety applications, we are integrated with Urban Airship to send mobile app notifications to our users. For the past few days our users have not been getting the push notifications.
When we check our logs for failures, we were not getting any response from Urban Airship API. We have reached out to the support email and did not receive any response.

Please help us to resolve this ASAP.
