Hello, where can i configure by default expiration time of a web message? -> Reattemps delivery for 2 hours by default, without configure it at each message.

Unfortunately changing the default expiration time for a Web Notification message isn't possible as this expiration is set by the push platform itself, not Airship.
As an example, APNS sets it's default expiration for a push to 7 days, but for each individual message you send out you can change the expiration date. If you don't set an expiration date, then the default (7 days) will apply since that is handled by Apple, not Airship.
