Not able to save the changes in settings page

I am an invited user for the web push notification.
But I was not able to save the changes in the settings page.
https://go.airship.com/apps/<app>/settings/web

 

When clicking update button, it throws 404 or 500 error in the browser console.

    Thanks for reaching out to Airship Technical Support! Do you have the right permissions? Any details on the errors you're receiving?
    Could you please provide us a better idea of what you're seeing when it's not saving. Screenshots of the errors, and javascript console works best.
