I encounter a problem about Local Time Delivery, My backend java application created a daily schedule (run every day's 3 PM) to push notification, the schedule created urbanairship schedule to set local time delivery at customers' local time 8 PM, but our customers are around the world, 3 PM maybe after their time zone 8 PM,
How to handle this problem?

In this situation the scheduler will miss the people who's timezone is already past 8pm. What timezone are you in, as there maybe a way to schedule your messages so that they can be sent to every timezone?
For delivering worldwide, it's best to create messages before any timezone has reached the schedule time.
Are the messages that you send required to be delivered that day? Would it be possible to schedule them for the next day?

Thank you for response! My server located in Oregon. I know schedule a next day push will fix the problem, but I want to send daily feed to customers. Maybe I need record customers' timezone information when they Log in and schedule the different push for different timezone customers... Does Urban Airship provide similar function?

I recommend taking a look at the documentation on Device Property Tags and Timezone Identifiers:

Device Property Tags provide several out-of-the-box Tag Groups based on a users device, including a devices Timezone. The Timezones are labeled with Continent/City values, this is all detailed in that document.
Device Property Tags will be available to you as long as your app hasn't disabled Urban Airship analytics.
