I can send notifications via the website by creating a message, but when I try doing it in the app it doesn't work. I keep getting error 500, but I know it can't be your servers because it works through the website. Any help would be appreciated.

  • The issue is that you must authenticate to push API with the API master secret rather than the application secret. We highly recommend that this API key not be put in the app itself as it can be found by motivated 3rd parties. For this reason, we really cannot support push sends directly from the app.

  • When encountering these errors, are you sending from your servers or from the app itself?

Can you provide an example request and response (please redact authentication)?
