New versions not showing up when trying to send message

To test notifications in new versions of our app we're using the "target specific users" option and selecting the app version to target.  How long after installing a new version of the app does it take to appear in the list?  I there any way of making it appear sooner?

    Hi Stuart,

    Generally, any new Device Property Tags (Timezone, App version, etc.) will take up to 24 hours to appear in the list.
