SSL handshake error

Hi,

We are suddenly seeing this error from api.  We were successfully pushing notifications in mid December, and nothing has changed since then.  Can anyone offer some guidance?

 

ourapp | [2018-01-04 16:15:53,189] ERROR in app: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='go.urbanairship.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/push/ (Caused by SSLError(SSLError("bad handshake: SysCallError(-1, 'Unexpected EOF')",),))

    Hi Josh,

    Can we see the full request you're sending that are causing those errors?

    Additionally, would you be able to let us know what tool you're using to generate these requests?
