can't find list option under audience

Just like the issue above I can't seem to find the List option under audience dropdown...

I want to send a notification to a portion of my app users who have liked a certain product in our DB.  I have the list of people I just need to upload it somehow.

    Hi Jaydel,

    The ability to use custom Uploaded lists or Urban Airship generated Lifecycle lists is only available to customers on our Enterprise and Basic Level plans. 

    If you cannot see the Lists option under Audience in the Urban Airship dashboard, it is likely that you are on one of our entry level Starter service plans. If you would like to upgrade to an Enterprise Plan (Essential or Comprehensive), please contact us via our Contact Page to have a member of our sales team reach out to you.

    Jaydel,

    Please note that Lifecycle lists are only available under Essential level and above.

    Uploaded lists, are available on Basic level and above.
