samsung galaxy push images not working

We recently updated to support images. This works fine on nexus devices, however testing with samsung galaxy 8 no image pops up (though the push itself appears). Does this sound familiar?

    Hey Jon. I haven't heard anything about the S8's having issues with images. But I can definitely take a look. Do you happen to have the payload that you had sent? and the response?

    Hi Ken, thanks! We sent a bunch through the web dashboard. I don't see how to get the exact payload/response, but one of the messages id was "Test - NP Mobile 023" and it was created on "Aug 08, 2017 4:17 PM EDT" if that is distinct enough.
