    Hey Felix, 

    My name is Ken. I am on the Technical Support team here at Urban Airship. 

    We are currently experiencing a delay in the reports that will cause data to appear as though it is missing.

    Our teams are actively working on the solution and we should hopefully have it resolved before long.
