Unable to save test device with Android channel id


Hi, fellows,


I am not able to save the channel id to test device in order to push test notification. when I click "save", the content just wipe out and displayed empty. 

No error shows on error console. Could you help?


MacOS, I have tried Chrome, Safari, mobile chrome, none of them can save it.

Hi linl,

Could you let us know what App Key and what Channel Id you were trying this with?

Channel Ids that are valid will be saved in the Test Devices list when you hit the save button.

If that Channel Id does not exist, or does not exist for that specific app, then when that form does validation against that Channel Id, it will be removed.
