How to implement in-app automation in case of birthday?

Hello, For our app HSE, we would like to implement a birthday campaign. I have gone though the documentation but I have not found the possibility to add a birthday campaign along with in-app automation. We want to present a banner on a specific page/screen in the app if the user has a birthday on that day. I have found a way to implement push notifications based on birthdays but I could not find "How to implement in-app automation in case of birthday?"
