Unity In-app messages

I only get in-app messages when the application resumes. I have attached a log from when I receive the push. I get it immediately but the in-app message only appears as the application resumes.

    I'm using the plugin and have just created a scene with the UrbanAirshipBehavior without modifications. 

    Tested on a Oneplus one - Android 6.0.1 and Samsung galaxy s4 - Android 5.0.1

    Furthermore, the description for the notification icon is rather vague. I can't make it work. I have tried with referencing in these ways:

    icon_name

    drawable/icon_name

    res/drawable/icon_name

    and the above options with a @ in front.  Still the same white default icon.
