I'm afraid that isn't possible directly within Urban Airship. Alternatively, you could create a script to analyse your entire audience using the Channel Listing API endpoint. For Segments, which could contain just a single tag, you could use our Segment Estimator which has recently been updated to be more accurate than ever, though it is still an estimator so isn't expected to provide an exact number.
