Update a Passbook via push notification

I generate my own passbook in my servers, any time the pass is updated, I need to send a push notification and I don't want to implement the push notification server, I want to use your system for that.
So I created an app and I uploaded my passbook certificate in the "apple push notification service" section because it's what Apple says in the official documentation, but push never arrive.

    Hi Xavier,

    To send a push notification to users when the pass is updated, you'll need to utilize the "Change Message" field in the pass.

    We have a guide that will walk you through on how to send push notifcations to Apple Wallet Passes either via the API or through the dashboard interface.
