Location and time triggers for notifications

Hi

We are selling the tickets to the cinema in our app. We want a notification with a ticket to pop up when the user is close to the Location AND the time is two hours before the session. Now it seems that it happens when user is near the location OR time is correct. How it can be achieved with v1 of API? Is there any documentation available for v1 API?
