Hello, I have an inactivity trigger push notification set up to send when users are 7+ days inactive. I do not see any push notifications being sent out since I set this up. I know we have inactive users. Is there something special I need to do to get this working? Does it run only once a day? How can I tell that it's working? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

This is Sean with Urban Airship Technical Support.
Are you still seeing no notifications sent on your Inactivity Automation? When setting up an Inactivity Automation you will have to wait for the Inactivity period set in the Automation for the device activity history to populate.

Does this means that the user will not receive an immediate push once I set the automation even if the user wasn't active during the specified automation period?
What is the device activity history? Is this history populated once the automation is set or it is already reported? Can we see this log through urban airship log?
