Show only In-App Notification

When Notification receives and app is in foreground, I can see two notification 1. Banner 2. In-App
I want to show only In-App notification when app is in Foreground and don't want to show Banner Notification.
Is there ant setting to hide Banner notification when app is in Foreground for In-App notification.
