500 errors for a period and then finally goes out

Hi, we are trying out the service on the starter edition, but three in the last two weeks we have received 500 errors for about an hour and then our messages finally go out. All three times we checked your status page and you had not reported any issues. Is this a regular occurrence? Does a paid package provide better service? We are sending less than 100 typically, although our user base is growing a bit.

On our side, we have it setup to try every 10 minutes. So it will fail with a 500 for about an hour the first two times and then two hours today, then if finally goes without any changes on our side.

  • Hi, We are also receiving 500 errors these last weeks.

    We have a retry system, but it takes a long time to send. More than four hours usually.

  • Hi Chuck and Antonio,

    • Are you seeing a particular type of 5xx error? Are you seeing 500 or 502 errors for example?
    • Additionally, which specific API endpoints are you seeing these errors on?

    We have been seeing a larger number of 502 errors in our system recently, but have taken steps to reduce these.

  • I've only seen 500 errors so far. It happens every time now. Happened again yesterday for about an hour.
