Member role - Compose but not send?

Is it possible to give a team member the ability to compose a message (or a draft) but not send/distribute the message? Or is it possible to setup the account such that team members can compose messages but some approval is required before the message is sent to users?

    Hey Jordan,

     

    This is possible by assigning a Composer role through the Team Access feature (this is available only on higher account plans).

    Thanks Jay. I see the Composer role listed in the Role Responsibilities table but I don't see anywhere in that table where it makes a differentiation between composing messages and distributing messages.  Are you saying that a Composer can't send messages? If so, what is the next role up that can send messages and where is that indicated in the table?

    Hey Jordan,

    I apologize, I was incorrect in my initial response. Composers can compose and send.

    We don't actually have a role that can create messages but not send them.
