Production Steps for automation to work

We are facing an issue. The issue is : - On Production side, we are not able to get first_open and inactivity notifications but we are getting those on development. As there is no extra step needed for this to work apart from setting automation trigger notification. What we are missing from our end in production ?.

    You have an open ticket regarding this issue (#50434), which we have replied to two days ago but have not heard back. Please respond to the ticket and we'll continue to investigate.

    Hii actually here the issue is different from the previous one, the issue is that : That ticket was regarding the first_open notification only, that we were not able to receive but as suggested by your team, we tested the same on new device and we were able to get the first_open automation notification on new device. We were already receiving inactivity automation notification. We were testing those on development environment . But on production we are not getting any of automation notifications. (neither first_open nor inactivity ) . So we wanted to know how it is possible that we are receiving automation notifications in development builds but not in production builds or if we are missing any step that we need to do for production environment for automation notifications to work . Looking for your response.
