We just started a Reach Trial. When we try to send a test Pass to any email we don't receive anything.
Is this standard/known?

As you have provided your own Pass Type Certificate, we have updated your account to allow up to 100 test passes to be generated.
You should be able to send a test pass out. If you are unable to do so log out and back in and attempt again.

We have a pass created, installed, and successfully updating it via the API. But the pass on the device does not reflect the update. I've searched the documentation but can't find and explanation or how to troubleshoot this.
Can you point me in the right direction?
