Rejected Device Tokens error after update new production certificate with new bundle id
I created a Live (Production) app on Urban Airship with bundle id (com.wildcardkk...) and urban airship worked well. Then I need to update new bundle id with new Apple account. I created new app id, apns certificate on production and upload the old Urban airship app.
And I received Rejected Device Tokens error after update new production certificate with new bundle id.
I checked all these steps: https://support.urbanairship.com/hc/en-us/articles/213492303-Rejected-Device-Token, but all of them are correct.
I can not figure out the problem.
How do I fix now? Do we need to create new production app corresponding to new apple account (new bundle id, new apns certificate)?
This is production app, so I need confirm from Urban to create a new one, since it affect all our system.
My current account: email@example.com - paid account.
Our production app: Cheers Production
Our staging app: Cheers STG
