Can you upload an image into a template?

Please take a look at 1:15 mark of this help video: https://support.urbanairship.com/hc/en-us/articles/215362543-Message-Composer-Video-Guides.

It shows that you can upload an image from your own desktop to use in an in-app message.  I can't see how to do this from my dashboard.  Is it still possible?

    This is Mikey with Urban Airship Technical Support. Thanks for showing me what you're seeing! We have the ability to host images if your account has CDN enabled. When enabled, you have the option to Upload media rather than entering a URL. If your account does not already have this enabled, Contact our sales team if you are interested in enabling CDN media hosting. Happy to answer any questions regarding this.
