I'd like to get a better idea of what may be going on, so to troubleshoot further, could you provide the following items:
- App Key (https://support.urbanairship.com/hc/en-us/articles/213491663-How-do-I-find-my-App-Key-or-App-Secret-)
- Push ID of a push that went out to a device that didn't receive it (https://support.urbanairship.com/hc/en-us/articles/213491163-How-to-find-the-Push-ID)
- Channel ID of a device that isn't receiving notifications (https://support.urbanairship.com/hc/en-us/articles/213491143-How-to-find-a-Device-Identifier-using-Charles-Proxy)
Once I have those items I can trace where the push notification was sent, and maybe see if anything strange is happening when the notification is getting delivered.
