Thank you for the post. As a paid support customer, you may submit tickets directly through the support portal as well as the forums.
Your plan does include access to one Connector for the Real Time Data Stream per application. Since you do not have another Connector currently setup on this app, you should be able to access the Segment setup. As such we are going to escalate this behavior to our engineers.
We are going to convert this post over to a support ticket at this time for further followup.
