f I have a domain testabc.com on which i have applied web push notification. And if this website is accessed from other region then domain will be world.testabc.com having same content. just the sub-domain is added.
So now, If I send notification will it be sent to both of them? Or Do I need to configure sub-domain differently?

You can set up multiple domains by using subdomains and they are treated as separate sites under the same "project" and will be targeted all at once when you send notifications.
