Recently, I've been unable to register new users. When calling sdk.register(), nothing shows in the browser to prompt the user to select "Allow" or "Not now" options. In addition, after calling sdk.register(), no channel id is created. I'm also having problems where already registered users are showing as not registered. The following is a screen shot of the sdk object after calling sdk.register():

External facing but needs credentials to access. Are you aware of any possible problems that might cause this sdk.register() method not displaying the popup that would allow the user to allow or block notifications?
