503 Service Unavailable & Unknownhost Exception

Hi, From 14th April 2020 onwards, we keep on getting Unknownhost exception and 503 service unavailable exception while sending notificaiton (https://go.urbanairship.com/api/push).

Could you please suggest anything to do from our end.

    We would recommend you to subscribe to service alerts with regard to the Airship functionality here:

    https://status.airship.com

    At present, the service is still recovering from an outage yesterday and will eventually be back up to speed as soon as possible.

    Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
