Please assist - Haven't been receiving push notifications

Ever since about two months ago I haven't been receiving test push notifications or scheduled push notifications in my company's app. I've tried logging in and out of the app as well as deleting and reinstalling it, with no luck.

Is there a fix for this? Please let me know...Thanks!
