Channel IDs always opt-o

Hello,

Our channel IDs are always opt-out on Android.

We've look for a reason and turned this parameter to TRUE :

UAirship.shared().getPushManager().setUserNotificationsEnabled(true);
        InAppAutomation.shared().setEnabled(true);

But it stays opt-out.

Do you know any other reason that could prevent opt-in ?
