On iOS, notifications arrive infrequently. Sometimes I see this in the logs:
[UAInAppAutomation prepareDeferredSchedule:triggerContext:retriableHandler:completionHandler:]_block_invoke [Line 400] Audience conditions not met, skipping display for schedule: 3d760bc9-f2b8-4fe0-bf6a-b5a2a2fd8953, missBehavior: 2

Could this be related?
