Can't Access Message over 1 Year old

Why can't I access any messages over 1 year!
I need to cancel push notifications that are "ongoing" and older than 1 year because prices have changed for our restaurants.
They don't show up under ongoing or archived messages. 

Please let us access ALL of our messages.
