Accept a Team Access invitation
After a project owner or administrator invites you to a project through Team Access, you will receive an email with the following subject:
[Project owner or administrator] has invited you to [project name]!
If you already have an Airship account under that email address, you can click the link in the email to accept the invitation and join the project.
If you do not have an Airship account, you will receive a second email with the following subject:
Activate Your Airship Account
You can complete your account activation by clicking the first link in that email.
Please note: Airship usernames are case-sensitive. If your username is something like First.Last@company.com, you will need to enter exactly First.Last@company.com--with the capital F and L--into the username field in order to successfully sign in. |
