Unable to send test notification from dashboard

In my dashboard I am unable to send a test notification. It seems like there are some disabled features on the dashboard, so I suspect is it due to something with my account.

    This is Sean with Urban Airship Technical Support.

    It looks like you are on one of our API Editions. In order to use the Message Composer, you will need to upgrade to one of our Standard Editions.
